Discounts can be as high as 75% off the recommended retail price. The products on offer range from shoes and clothing (for men, women and children) to accessories, sports apparel and even homeware. As the offers are temporary and the stock is limited, members have to act fast in order to get their hands on their favourite items, because once the products are gone, they are gone.
No. Zalando Lounge membership is completely free of charge and non-binding. There is no spending requirement, nor are there any other pesky obligations. You can cancel your membership at any time.

There are between 3 to 5 new promotions daily. Generally, these commence at 7 a.m. on weekdays and at 8 a.m. on weekend days. The promotions tend to last 3 to 4 days. You have to be quick if you want to snap up your favourite items, not only because of the temporary nature of the promotions, but also due to the limited stock. Once items have sold out, they cannot be re-ordered.

Zalando Lounge saves on logistics costs and inventory costs, as goods are only ordered from manufacturers once promotions have ended. What is more, quality control at the Zalando Lounge logistics centre takes no more than a few days.
By cutting out the middleman between itself and the manufacturer, Zalando Lounge avoids unnecessary intermediary costs.
So that you do not miss out on any of our latest deals, Zalando Lounge will always keep you informed on current and upcoming promotions via our newsletter, which gets sent directly to your given e-mail address. The best thing about this service is that you can tailor it to suit your own needs. You alone choose which type of newsletter best suits your routine.
You have the choice between a daily reminder with all current promotions, and a weekly preview of all upcoming and current promotions, which gets sent out every Sunday.

To change your newsletter settings, go to “Account/Newsletter” in your online account. Here you can edit your preferences. You can choose between a daily round-up newsletter and a weekly preview newsletter. This way you can be sure that you do not miss out on any of our time-limited offers.
Zalando Lounge sends out two different types of newsletters, i.e. a daily newsletter and a weekly newsletter.
The daily round-up newsletter informs you of all current promotions. It is sent out every morning before the promotions begin, so there is no need to worry about missing out on your favourite brands.
The weekly preview newsletter is sent out every Monday and shows you which promotions you can expect to see in the following week, as well as informing you about current promotions.
You can manage your newsletter settings and preferences by going to “Account/Newsletter” in your online account.
Here you can choose which type of newsletter you would like to receive, as well as deactivating specific days on which you do not want to receive the daily round-up newsletter. You can also switch off the newsletter service for a specific time frame (e.g. during holidays).
After you have successfully registered, your online bargain hunt can begin. The first step is to choose your desired products within a product promotion. Our product photos, descriptions and size guide will help you to choose the correct size. Once you have placed an item in the “Shopping Bag”, you have 20 minutes left to complete your shopping transaction. You can extend the remaining time by an additional 20 minutes, by placing another item in the Shopping Bag. For your first purchase, you will be required to provide a delivery address. You will then be asked to choose a method of payment. In the final step, you will be able to review your order, change your personal details and, if applicable, redeem a coupon.
By clicking on “Buy Now”, you have successfully placed your order. A confirmation of your order will be sent to your e-mail address.
Absolutely! You can choose from different promotions when placing an order. Only one handling charge is applied to any one order.
For each promotion, there is a fixed amount of articles on offer. The time limit is there to give all our members a chance to snap up our great bargains. As soon as you place an item in the “Shopping Bag”, the clock starts ticking and you have 20 minutes left to complete your shopping transaction. A count-down will be displayed below the Shopping Bag symbol. You can extend the remaining time by an additional 20 minutes, by placing another item in the Shopping Bag. Once the time has run out, your shopping bag will be emptied, so that the articles can be reintroduced into the promotion for sale.
If your favourite item appears to be sold out, check back in a little while. It may just be that another shopper has temporarily placed it in their shopping bag.
You can always track your order by going to “Account/ Orders & Returns” in your online account. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail once we have received your order.
In addition, you can press the “Track my Delivery” button in your online account, to see the current location of your package.

If a cancellation is not possible because your order has already been processed, your customer service team will advise you on alternative options.
For bookkeeping and logistical reasons, we are unfortunately unable to combine orders after they have been made.
Your mailing address, as well as other personal details, can be changed in the “Account/ Personal Data” section of your online account.

Once your order has been received by our logistics centre, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. You will also receive a tracking number, which allows you to check your package’s delivery status at any given time.
Zalando Lounge uses SSL encryption to protect your information, allowing you to make credit card or PayPal transactions.
Zalando Lounge accepts following payment methods: credit card (Visa/VisaDankort/MasterCard/American Express) and PayPal.
Upon placing your first ever order, you will be asked to choose your preferred method of payment. This will then become your default payment method for future transactions with Zalando Lounge. If you wish to change your method of payment, you can do so during a subsequent transaction, or by accessing your account settings, irrespective of whether you are placing an order or not.
You can change your preferred payment method during a transaction by clicking on the “Shopping Bag” icon. Alternatively, you can go to “Account/Payment Methods” and change it there, irrespective of whether you are placing an order or not.
The decision as to which payment methods are offered is incumbent upon an automated verification process. When an order is made, various relevant screening criteria are considered in order to determine viable payment methods. This automated verification procedure is carried out for every transaction. Therefore, it is quite possible that, even though you might not be able to pay via direct debit for one transaction, this option could be available to you for future transactions.
The shipping costs are €7.90 for Finland, €4.90 for Sweden and €5.90 for Denmark , irrespective of how large any single order is. The fee covers packaging and delivery costs.
If the shipping costs for a particular promotion happen to be higher or lower than the standard fee, this will be indicated within the product details.
Zalando Lounge delivers your order within Sweden, Danmark or Finnland with PostNord.
As a general rule, all items will be delivered in one package. If, however, your order includes bulky items, such as suitcases or large beanbags, the delivery could, for logistical reasons, require more than one package. This does not affect shipping costs.

If your package arrives damaged, you can report it to the postman directly or you have seven days to notify your post office. You will be presented with a damage claim form where you can choose whether or not the package should be delivered to your address once again after inspection. If you do not wish keep the item(s) the package contains, you can return them to us.
If, for any particular reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can always return it within 14 days. To do this, print out your merchandise return form , which can be found under “Account/Orders & Returns” in your online account, and stick it on your package. All that is left to do is to bring the package to your local post office. The return costs will be covered by Zalando Lounge.

The return costs are covered by Zalando Lounge. All you have to do is to stick your printed-out merchandise return form, which can be found under “Account/Orders & Returns” in your online account, onto your package, before bringing it to your local post office.
If you choose to return an entire order, the costs of the original delivery will be reimbursed to you. This excludes partial returns.
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
As soon as the returned merchandise arrives in our logistics centre, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once the product quality has been checked and verified, you will receive another e-mail, confirming reimbursement.
You will be reimbursed as soon as the returned merchandise has been recorded and checked in our logistics centre. This should take no longer than 7 working days.
Zalando Lounge does not have a fixed stock. Products are only ordered from a manufacturer at the end of a promotion. For these reasons, it is not possible to exchange items.

In order to guarantee a speedy process, please send us 3-5 credible photos of the faulty item in its entirety, as well as a close-up photograph, highlighting the defect in question. From the day of receipt of a product, a two-year statutory warranty applies.

If you have invited a friend but still have not received a coupon, the reason is most likely, that your friend has yet to make a purchase. As soon as your friend decides to order something from Zalando Lounge (minimum purchase: €35), a €10 coupon will be credited to your account.

Coupons, which have been purchased, will be refunded.
Promotional coupons (e.g. coupons received for inviting friends), which you have received free of charge, will not be refunded. This applies to both partial and complete returns.
Unfortunately, for technical reasons, we cannot process coupons on purchases which have already been made. So do not forget to redeem your coupon when placing an order.
